About Us
Director Kate Lambert has been designing kitchens for more than 35 years, working on a huge range of local properties in London, and further afield. When Kate’s not busy in the showroom, she’s pottering around in her own kitchen. As a keen cook, Kate knows that a kitchen, while it should be beautiful, needs to be practical and ergonomic too.
Kate’s fellow director Tom Welch also has 35 years’ experience in kitchen-fitting. He is highly skilled, working alongside Kate to ensure her designs are realised down to the last millimetres and finishing touches. Kate and Tom’s complementary talents – and commitment to customer care – will make your Lambert Welch experience smooth from start to finish.
With a BA Honours degree in Interior Design by her side, Kate has built up an amazing portfolio of kitchen designs – featured in a range of residential and commercial properties across London and the wider area.
Kate has worked with kitchen fitter Tom Welch in North London for the last 20 years and they’ve known each other for even longer. Tom realises Kate’s designs to the tiniest detail, while she project-manages the entire process helping to ensure a seamless experience for the client.

Our showroom is just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Muswell Hill; you can view a map here.
There is unrestricted parking in roads nearby and we’re next to the Number 43 and 134 bus stop and a short 5 minute walk from Highgate Tube.
Our core kitchen showroom opening hours are 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, but we are happy to make appointments to see you outside of these hours, including Saturdays. Just call or email to arrange. We’d love you to call in and see us.
